Mint-Coriander-Kaitha Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Mint-coriander: 1 bunch each
Kaitha pulp: 10 grams
Salt: as per taste
Black salt: a pinch
Cumin: quarter spoon
Asafoetida: mung bean
Coriander: half teaspoon
Onion: Half
Green chilly: 2
Preparation Method
Only Kaitha chutney is made which is of beige colour. Therefore, to add color and enhance the taste, mix mint and green coriander leaves in equal quantities and grind them with the pulp. While grinding, also add green chilli, ground coriander, half cumin and both the salts. When the paste is ready, add remaining cumin and asafoetida as per your taste. You can also add half onion.
