Lemon-Peel Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Lemon peel: 50 grams
Salt: as per taste
Green Chilli: 2
Cumin (Gajira): ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds: 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli: 1 teaspoon
Fennel: 1 teaspoon
Ghee: as required
Preparation Method
Wash the lemon peel thoroughly and cover it with salt. Place it in a glass container and keep it under sunlight daily until the peel softens and melts. Drain the excess water from the peel and grind it finely with salt, green chilli, cumin, and roasted asafoetida. In ghee, fry red chilli, fenugreek, and fennel, then grind them finely and mix with the lemon peel paste. Your tangy and flavorful lemon-peel chutney is now ready to enjoy!
