Required Ingredients

Mint: 1 bunch
Green Coriander: 1 bunch
Green chilli: 6
Mango powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Coriander: 1 teaspoon
Onion: as desired
Black salt: a pinch
Salt: as per taste
Asafoetida: a pinch (similar to mung bean)

Preparation Method

Break the stems of the green chillies and wash them. Pluck and wash the coriander leaves. Place it all on a grater, add half of the cumin, coriander, salt, and mango powder, and grind everything finely. Fry the remaining cumin seeds and asafoetida separately. Add black salt and mix well. Optionally, you can also grind onions for an additional flavor. This delicious, spicy green chutney can enhance any meal.
