Cumin Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Cumin: 20 grams
Salt: as per taste
Raw mango: 50 grams
Dry coriander: 10 grams
Asafoetida: similar to mung bean
Green chilli: 4
Black pepper: 20
Preparation Method
Soak the cumin seeds instead of coriander. Grind the cumin seeds along with salt, green chilli, or black pepper and mix it with the paste made from raw mango. Fry the asafoetida and add it on top. To enhance the flavor, roast and grind the dry coriander in equal quantity and mix it into the chutney. The combination of cumin, mango, and spices creates a delightful chutney full of unique flavors.
