Coconut Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Curd: 250 grams
Ginger: 10 grams
Green Chilli: 3-4
Green Coriander: 10 grams
Ghee: 20 grams
Salt: to taste
Black Salt: a pinch
Mustard Seeds: ΒΌ teaspoon
Grated Coconut: 100 grams
Urad Dal/Arhar Dal/Chana Dal (ground): 2-2 teaspoons
Preparation Method
Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and wait until they crackle. Add the ground dal powder and stir for 2-3 minutes. Incorporate the curd and grated coconut, frying for an additional 2 minutes. Mix in ginger and green chilli paste, chopped green coriander, and raw cumin seeds. Add salt and black salt to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy your chutney.
